1. Advantage of HR:
We have a great regard for team building. Until the end of 2011, we had 716 employees in total. Among them, 352 employees have college degrees or above. 210 employees are engineering technicians, while 122 are working at R & D posts (i.e. 17% of the total employees). Besides that, we also recruit more than 20 graduates from universities every year. Each year, we send several delegations of technical engineers, administrative staff or operators to attend exhibitions or academic activities both at home and abroad; dispatch delegations to European or American companies to learn advanced technologies of product designing, manufacturing and company management, as well as to get a feeling of the developing directions of relevant industries. A number of training programs have been carried out for improving employees’ technology level, operators’ skill, etc. We keep on the cooperation with CANILX MODERN ENGLISH TRAINING CO. to give English classes at our company in order to improve employee’s oral English.
2. Advantage of financial resources:
Innovation is the eternal theme of our company. Every year, we make use of all resources, and invest large amount of money in R & D. In 2007, we invested 9,226,300 RMB in R & D; in 2008, it was 9,650,300 RMB and; in 2009 the investment on R & D was increased to 23,840,000 RMB. Under continuous hard work of our engineers, PS series single-stage gear reducer, MQ series gear reducer with helical gears and bevel gears and NGSS series gearbox for reciprocating compressors were successfully developed. Gearboxes of these three series have a lot of advantages such as load capacity, bulk factor, permissible thermal power and appearance, etc. And all of that made them as competitive as imported gearboxes. What’s more, the performance-price ratio of our products are much competitive than imported gearboxes. With consideration of the actual demands of the domestic customers together with the disadvantages of the ole type products, our engineer optimized the old design and put add thoughts into the new design to make sure that we have enough advantages in competition with foreign products on the market. The sales value of the high and new-technology products of our company in the year of the 2010 and 2011 were 251,680,000 RMB and 257,040,000 RMB respectively.
3. Advantage of innovation:
Every designer of our company is equipped with world advanced CAD, CAE, PDM and some other software; we also bought gear strength analysis, dynamic simulation analysis and other calculation software from world first-class soft ware companies. In use of these software, the designing period is shortened, and R & D speed is increased.
We insist on independent technology innovation all the time and it is reflected in the following aspects:
(1) Put more focus on the basic research of gear transmission, complete the technical procedure of gear failure analysis and, upgrade the technology level of gear transmissions of our country.
(2) Speed up the product regeneration; continuously improve the product’s characteristics and quality. At the same time, continuously push out new products to the market and explore new fields on the market.
(3) Promote cooperation with scientific research organizations, design institutions and world famous companies. Introduce new technology from outside, and then develop it into new product and explore new market through research, absorption and innovation.
(4) Increase technical renovation. Improve the actual working capability by introducing new technology and new machining equipment (such as use modern machining centers to work the gearbox housings flexibly). We stress on the technical renovation on improving modularized production, heat treatment of gears and flexible machining of gearbox housings to form the three core technology of our company. Improve the performance of the existing equipment, add new functions, and increase the automatic level machining to guarantee the progress of our machining equipment.
(5) Improve the traditional process; optimize the product design and machining process to increase the product quality, production efficiency and reduce production cost. Put more effort on developing modularized products to realize the modularized and standardized production.
(6) Inspire our engineers to develop new products based on market research, and to optimize the machining process to ensure that our company is always at the technical leading position.
