Nanjing Gaote Gearbox Manufacturing Co., Ltd is the new name of Nanjing Ningjinag Gearbox Manufacturing Co., Ltd, which was founded in 2003. It is a solely owned subsidiary of Nanjing High Accurate Drive Equipment Group Co., Ltd (NGC for short). The company is located at No. 8, Tiance Road, Shangfang Industrial Zone, Jiangning District, Nanjing. There are 716 employees and 291 major machines till Oct., 2011.

The company is mainly involved in R & D and production of gears, gearboxes, worm gear boxes, and relevant technical support. Our products are widely used in metallurgical industry, construction industry, power generating industry, mining industry, cranes, energy source developing industry and national defense, etc. and we share certain percentage of the market. We are supplying new types, high efficiency and energy saving gearboxes and worm gearboxes to both domestic and foreign customers with modern advanced level. Our production capacity presently is 4,000 million RMB. We’ve been appraised as Jiangsu Hi-tech Company in March, 2009.

At present, a lot of coal mining companies, power plants and companies in other fields are still purchasing relative gearboxes from foreign companies. With the developing principle of becoming bigger and stronger, we successfully developed new products like MQ, PE and other series gearboxes, and a department called Product Development Dept. was founded dedicatedly for exploring markets of coal mining and power generation industries and competing with foreign gear companies. It will be a rapid and substantial development for our company in the period from 2010 to 2012 and it is estimated that there will be 1,000 million RMB to 2,000 million RMB growth in production value achieved by new products. The planned production value for our company in 2012 is 6,000 million RMB. The development of our company from a small company with a production value of tens of millions to a big company with a production value of thousands of millions couldn’t be achieved without continuous focus on new product development, market exploration, short-term and long-term planning.
